TMS320F280025C: How to add sysconfig to a project?

I know that SysConfig is an intuitive graphical interface to configure pins and peripherals but I do not know how to add SysConfig to a CCS project like we add files and include search directories in a project. In F28002x Firmware Development Package USER’S GUIDE a detailed procedure is given to create a CCS project from scratch but no information is given about sysconfig tool. Please provide guidance about adding sysconfig to a CCS project.
