TMS320F2812: Project using CCS 3.1 requires old libraries and drivers

My customer has a question regarding CCS 3.1-

I was attempting to install Code Composer 3.1 and it is installed but our project needs these libraries and drivers. Do  you know where we could get these old libs?

C28x DMC System Support Library is installed in C:\TIDCS directory.

C28x DMC System Support Library consists of followings viz.,

1. C28x DMC Library (Directory: C:\TIDCS\DMC\C28\LIB)   - version 3.0a
2. IQmath Library (Directory: C:\TIDCS\C28\DSP28) - version 1.4d
3. DSP28 Peripheral Drivers (Directory: C:\TIDCS\C28\IQmath)

IMPORTANT: This Library must be installed to execute the DMC control system solution.
