I have built a simulink model and ı want to obtain the c code and load it into my f28335 dsp to work as a stand alone device. Inside the blocks ı am obtaining the faulty signal of 82 data and then appling feature extraction methods to it and lastly using machine learning to obtaine the location value. My simulink works well without hardware configuration settings but when ı do the configuration and try to run the cod ı get an error : maximum variable size allowed by program is exceeded. I could not dinde the problem, is my f28335 not enough for this machine learning application because when ı take that block out it works fine. I have written to people in matlab and they said it could be because of the pc or the hardware memory. Could you please help me, thank you in advance.
Hi Hatice,
Please can you attach the build error log for our reference here?
Regards,
Venkatesh C
Hi Hatice,
If you look at the error log, the issue appears during the model parsing stage. This is even before the code generation and build. So, this issue is likely out-of-scope for Embedded Targets. It is likely that this issue will fall in the scope Embedded Coder team. Having said that, please consider contacting MathWorks Support by creating a ticket. It will help in reaching out to the right experts on this.
Here is how you can do it:

Dear Venkatesh C,
Thank you very much for your answer. The Mathworks staff in my country say that the problem can be due to the hardware memory but from your answer ı understand that it is a code problem. I dont quite understand what to do? ıf I ask the link you sent me then ı am directed to the same staff again. I have written directly to Mathworks but didn't get any answers before, can you directly convey my question to them? I truley dont know what to do and cant solve the problem.
Best regards.
Hatice,
It will be better to follow on MathWorks forum. Venkatesh will watch for it.
Dear Venkatesh C,
I am a student soı did not have the license of matlab therefore they said taht they could not help me. Is there another way ?
Hi Venkatesh,
May I ask if we can still provide support? I hope you can still help our customer. Thank you so much and keep safe always.
Hi Santosh,
Thank you for providing assistance. Keep safe always.

Gerald
Hi Gerald,
Sorry, but this one is out of scope for Targets. The correct process is to ask the User to contact our Technical Support in such cases.
