There are no development boards. This device is about 25 years old and is obsolete. We no longer manufacture.

May I get an application note to build a development board. This chip is used on few projects and they are in production. We want to use this development board for software validation.Please suggest

We don't have anything.

A 3P company who made the original EVMs for this device has since shut down operations.

You may be able to find someone selling their old kit on eBay or similar

What is the difference between the TMS320F240 and TMS320F243. May I use TMS320F243 as an alternate to TMS320F240. Please Let us know the differences.

they are different devices. different packages. different memory sizes.

All of these F24x devices are obsolete from TI. We don't even keep the datasheets on ti.com
