TMS320F280023: Prefetching Beyond Valid Memory clarification

Team,

Customer is asking if the errata exclusively applies to a situation where the code execute from the memory close to boundary or also to using it for data? i.e. is it ok to read/write data right on the border of valid memory ranges?
