TMS320F28027F: The motor stops suddenly after slowly increasing the load

Dear team:

One of my clients encountered the following problems when testing the lab10a routine:

He has performed parameter identification and updated user.h before testing lab10a. The motor can run normally under light load, But when the load is increased, the motor will stop suddenly.

The control state machine becomes "CTRL_State_OffLine", the observer state machine becomes "EST_State_Idle", and then it restarts automatically.

What could be the reason for this?

Did you capture any motor phase current waveform to show this problem? Can you check if the adding load is over the rated output torque of the motor? How did the customer add the load to the motor?
