In datasheet we say,
Before powering the device, no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDIO can be applied to any digital pin, and no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDA can be applied to any analog pin (including VREFHI).
Based on my customer's hardware design, the VREFHI voltage is larger than VDDA more than 700us when system POWER-ON, please refer to below picture. So far, no any F28379S device is damaged, my customer wants to know is there any side effort of his hardware design? Please advise your comments if any, thanks for help.
