TMS320F28388D: what is safe maximum limit of altitude for F28388d (without affect on RAM and FLASH due to radiation) from earth surface.

We provide a FIT estimator tool as part of our C2000 Safety package.  It will allow you to input a flux level to simulate different altitudes, and will change the FIT rated based on radiation profiles and the logic on the device.

Please see this application report on how to request access to this package.  While the F2838x is still WIP, this does comprehend the F2837x which is similar to the F2838x device except there is no comms manager.

I can look into when this device will be added to the safety package.
