Dear Expert 

It has been found that 15PCS can not be burned badly.After confirming that the impedance is normal, the burning indicates that the device did not respond to the request, and the device may be locked. Please help to confirm the cause of this anomaly, thank you!

    A locked device is just one of the reasons why CCS is unable to connect, but there could be other reasons as well. Are you able to use the Wait mode (See Table 8-1. Boot Mode Selection in the datasheet) and see if that makes a difference?

    Please answer the following questions:

    1. How long has this design been in production?
    2. Is this seen in a device that is being connected to CCS for the first time? Or was this seen during re-programming the device?
    3. For the -TRST pin, is there a pull-down of 2.2k or less?
    4. If you are having trouble connection to the device, have you looked at https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spracf0?
