TMS320F280041: '041 Integration Issues

Part Number: TMS320F280041

Error connecting to the target: (Error -716 @ 0x0) Required dynamic library jscserdes could not be located. The library isn't on the search path. (Emulation package 9.3.0.00042)

 

It also says that it’s a XDS100 probe. I’m using an XDS 200 tool.

 

I’m using the ti cloud tool. Does the cloud tool have a place to change the emulator? Under the local tool it would be under Project. Properties. Does the tool support the XDS200?

    Hi Michael,

    CCS Cloud is typically used with TI starter kits like LaunchPads, ControlCards, etc. Those kits typically come with an integrated XDS100 or XDS110. If you import an existing example from Resource Explorer, or create a new project, it will default to one of those and you cannot change it in CCS cloud.

    However, it *is* possible to use an XDS200. If you have CCS desktop, you will need to create a target configuration for XDS200 and then upload that ccxml file to your project in CCS Cloud. That should work.
