I want to implement an eQEP in an FPGA (external device). Because F28379D DSP has too few eQEP (Enhanced Quadrature Encoder Pulse) modules. I will use DSP and FPGA together.

I could not find the TRM section in the F28379D datasheet. Where is TRM?

How can I implement it inside the CLB inside the C2000 device? Can I increase the number of eQEP modules on the C2000 using CLB?

You should be able to design an EQEP in the C2000 CLB. Please review the CLB TRM chapter and other CLB collateral to learn how to design with the CLB.
