TMS320F280025: Peak current mode control for Buck converter

Part Number: TMS320F280025
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDM-DC-DC-BUCK, C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK, C2000WARE

Dear C2000 expert,

I plan to use f280025 to control 2 interleaved buck converter with synchronous FETs, and using peak current mode control. I would like to have waveform as below picture.

When the current hit the PCM ref, the PWM1A(controls buck up switch )shall be shut down, and after delay a deadtime, PWM1B(control buck low switch)has to be open(switch to high).  Can you please help me know how to configure PWM to have this waveform?

I just know how to configure CMPSS to trip PWM1A as low in PCMC, but how to make the PWM1B to high after PWM1A to low delay a deadtime?

Regards,

Jack

  • Hi Jack,

Please refer to the example TIDM-DC-DC-BUCK for configuration of PCMC of buck converter. The solution should be find in the path if you install latest version of C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK. Let me know if you still get further questions. Thanks.
