My customer is using the TMS320F28035 and they have found a discrepancy between the actual MCU behavior and the reference manual.
According to the reference manual (sprui10) Table 1-76 all bits are default 0, meaning pullup enabled.
They find that the GPBPUD register has the value 0x300 after start up. This relates to GPIO40 and GPIO41 pins where the ePWM7 outputs can be matched to.
On port A the pullups for the PWM outputs are also disabled by default.
They therefore assume that the reference manual information is not correct as far as this point is concerned.
As the customer is designing a safety critical application they need a confirmation from TI / a change request number to confirm the above is correct.
Can you provide this and confirm the reference manual needs to be corrected ?
