TMS320F28069M: Cant start UNIVERSAL GUI

I have a Problem with the UNIVERSAL GUI. If I run the lab 2 a and take the OUT Datei and put it in the webapp folder and inside the InstaSPIN_F2806xM_UNIVERSAL and change it to appProgram I got the following error

and if i try to run it through GUI Composer it tells me that teh Projekt is incorrect but i followed the steps discribed in the Guide

Did you install the standalone GUI composer? Or what CCS version are you using?

I did it in the online version. Gui composer v2. Which one do i need? and why does it not work with just the change of the OUT-Datei?

Did the GUI at least open correctly when you first installed it (before you changed the .out file)? Or did it fail to open correctly even when you first installed it?

The online GUI Composer is v2. The InstaSPIN_F2806xM_UNIVERSAL is v1 and not compatible. The v1 editor is available in older versions of CCS. I believe it was removed in CCS 7 if I recall correctly.
