Can you please check my jtag connection, if everything is proper?

Specifically: does TCK need pull up?

if i am not ussing gpioin/gpioout pins, should them be pulled up or connect to ground?

Hi Shengnan,

You don't need a pull up TCK. The connections to the MCU look ok.

Not sure about the connections for GPIOIN/GPIOOUT, I believe that would depend on the emulator probe you plan to use. Having pull-ups seems reasonable.
