TMS320F28384D: IPC communication between CM4 and CPU1

Hi Everyone.

i am trying communicate between CM4 and CPU1 by busing IPC .examples given from Texas only include communication between CPU1 and CPU2. somehow i changed some settings in the example like making CM4 remote and CPU1 local in CPU1 and CM4 local and CPU1 remote in CM4.but CPU1 and CM4 both are trapped in " IPC_waitForFlag()" function.

so please can anyone tell me the problem.

Maheshwar,

We do have CM4 to CPU1 example in C2000Ware.

Path: <C2000Ware>\driverlib\f2838x\examples\c28x_cm\ipc

i used the example but in both side i mean at CM4 and CPU1 code is trapping in the ''IPC_waitforFlag(ipctype ,flag)".

please anyone help me to resolve this issue.

Which flag is it waiting for? Is it flag 31? Are you running CM side of the code? If it is waiting for IPC31 flag then it means CM code is not running .
