I did't find the SCI flash kernel of TMS320F28388D in C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_3_02_00_00 .

It seems to be in the security software,and how should I apply?

If you have an FAE or sales person you can contact, you can have them reach out to us in an e-mail about getting access to the early version. Otherwise, it will be available publicly in a C2000Ware update in a few months.
