TMS320F28388S: How to generate SII.

Hi,

When I ran the example f2838x_cm_pdi_hal_test_app, ESC_loadedCheckEEPROM() returned ESC_EEPROM_NOT_LOADED.
I think this is because EEPROM (SII) is not set.
Is there a way to create an SII from ESI (F2838x CM EtherCAT Slave.xml) on Windows without using TWinCAT, CTT or SSC?

Not certain about your question. Are you asking about how to program the EEPROM / SII or how to generate the ESI file?
