TMS320F28377S: Digital IO current limit for overloading

Part Number: TMS320F28377S

HI Team,

1. Digital/Analog input per pin IIK is 20mA. But continuous clamp current is 2mA per pin. So Analog and Digital input current per pin should not exceed 2mA.

2. What does total for all inputs IIKtotal refer to?

Does it mean under fault case when VDDIO>3.6V, input pins total current should not exceed 20mA? If I consider 2mA per digital input pin, only 10 digital input pins are to be active?

3. Digital output current limit is 4mA per pin? what is the maximum IOH and min IOL?

Please clarify.

Thanks,

Vidhya
