TMS320F280025: Is it possible that EEPROM IC and Mos driver IC(such as DRV8323) Share the same SPI interface

Dear expert:

        I am using TMS320F280025 of 48pin package,the IO pin is very limitated.Is it possible that  EEPROM IC and Mos driver IC(such as DRV8323) Share the same SPI interface?If they can share,and I also want them to use the same CS pin,this CS pin is a normal GPIO,not the SPI_STE pin of SPI interface,then I add a inverter in one CS pin road of them as following:

Is this solution practicable?If this is practicable,you can recommend me a inverter IC .
