       I am using XDS110 to debug TMS320F280025.It can't be connected now:

   How can I successfully connect it again?

    Hi,

    Can you check if it is enumerated properly in Windows device manager.  Above picture is not in english, so I am not sure if it is from Windows Device Manager.

    Try to update the firmware. The instruction is given in XDS110SupportReadMe.pdf file.
