F28M35H22C: decode DID1 register field "PARTNO"

Part Number: F28M35H22C

I would like to be able to distinguish between versions of F28M35 part numbers. For example, I want to read from a register to know whether the part is F28M35H52 or F28M35M22. It looks like this information is in the DID1 register field "PARTNO". How do I decode the "PARTNO" field?

I'm C/P the info below, this can also be found on page 153 of the device datasheet. I realize this is not entirely intuitive since the register definitions are in the TRM.
