Hi, experts

When I read the TRM of 280049 chapter "4.2 Device Boot Sequence", I saw the step 3 is "Device configuration registers are programmed from OTP."

Do the register default value is loaded(programmed) by this step?

If not, how the register default value is loaded when the chip is reset?
