TMS320F28388D: Using PWM Output as a Digital-to-Analog Converter on F28388D...

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

Dear TI Team,

very efficient way to demonstrate the difference between the HRPWM and standard PWM was described in the Application Report SPRAA88A (https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spraa88a , revision A, dated more than 10 years ago) on TMS320F280x Digital Signal Controller.
There was a very useful project collateral, compressed in a zip archive (http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/SPRAA88), for faster implementation of all tests described and elaborated in that application report.
It would be appreciated if TI could provide an updated version of that application report (SPRAA88A), as well as of accompanying project collateral (ported to the current C2000 flagships: F2838x, or at least F2837x MCUs featuring EPWM subsystems Type 4). Besides, this solution could be used as a very convenient workaround for all those in need for an additional test resource (e.g. for flexible acquisition of user defined internal control algorithm variables, time-aligned with other relevant analog/digital signals within ECS).

Best regards
