My customer face an issue that F28388 ECAT fail to work at low temperature below -10℃, there is no other issue for the F28388 except ECAT communication, the PHY chip they use is BCM5241A1IMLG, they have verified this PHY in other project based on competitor ECAT that work well, and they have confirm that the issue should be caused by MCU side because they also do the test to only lower the MCU temperature by spraying some freezing mixture, only lower the PHY temperature will no have this issue.
but if they use TI demo with some code to do the temperature test, there is no this issue.
they post the data that captured by wiresharp for both work and not working case.
in the hardware, there is no connection for GPIO107, anything wrong here? or any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
I will send customer's schematic by email for more details.
