Suggest any app note available for the ware update through RS-232 Port without using Boot- loader tool for TMS320F2808 Controller

The relevant app note here is sprabv4. I presume you don't want to use the SCI ROM bootloader, which means you will need an SCI Custom bootloader (we call these SCI Flash Kernel) resident in Flash, and operate in Flash boot mode. We don't have an SCI Flash kernel example for F2808x in C2000Ware, however we do for other similar F05 devices (F2802x, F2803x, F2833x, etc.) Refer to Section 4 of the App note as well as Section 7 (for locations of the SCI Flash kernel per device within C2000Ware).
