,Another problem comes to me:
When I set DSP emif to 32bit mode.and when emif starts to work. the chip power consumption is 7.2w and temprature is 72 ℃ . and dsp's emif wire with the FPGA directly.
if I let the FPGA emif don't work,the consumption and temprature is normal (chip power consumption is 3.4w and temprature is 30 ℃).
now I change strategy, I modify the FPGA program ,and select the hight 16 bit ,and set DSP(also is 32 bit mode) side low 16 bit data line to zeros.and the chip power consumption is 3.4w and temprature is 30 ℃
