TMS320F280049: Problem of loss frame when use DCAN send message

Dear team:

My customer said that it would loss frames when he use DCAN module to transmit message (Standard frame, 8byte sent each time) with 500 baudrate and 200us send period.

There is only one sending function in the program, and the phenomenon is that the frame is lost and there is no error frame. By observing the mailbox status bit, it is found that it is busy most of the time. What is the problem?

    Green,

              At 500 kbps (translates to 2 us bit time) and with an average frame length of 110 bits, it translates to 220 us. You mention 200 us send period. It appears there is not enough time for the transmission to complete. Please increase the bit-rate to 1 Mbps and check whether frames are lost.
