TMS320F28379D: How can I add #include <sys/time.h> header file?

Hello,

I am trying to write a time format and I noticed #include <sys/time.h> is not included to code composer studio in the includes file section. I could not find any source of this file in code composer studio. Can somebody suggest to me how can I add this header file to include section?
