This is regarding the C2000 C compiler:
When the compiler is upgraded, is the compiler/inker generated variable map will maintain the order as previous version?
Or is there a compiler/linker option to keep the variable order unchanged.
We have non-volatile memory in our system. The content of some the variable might persists across firmware upgrade. The changed variable address/order create problem for us.
