I am working with TMS320F28379D and want to measure a sinusoidal waveform. How can I approach this goal? I have to use level shifter? Can ADC differential mode help me?

Hi Davood,
The ADC conversion range is from V_REFLO to V_REFHI regardless of single-ended or differential mode. The input signals will need to be within this range.
The ADC input sine signal needs to be scaled to be within the conversion range. I found this discussion that should help explain:
