TMS320F280021: DAC

I am designing a board with 2 DAC. Reading the documentation I am not sure the PN F280021PTSR has this possibilities or not.

I have 2 external buffers.

I am using pin 1 (GPIO29) and pin 16 (A8)

Is this correct or not?

I have no space on the board for other bigger PN.

Hi Feliciano,

The F28002x device does not have GPDACs and so you would have to use the PWMs to accomplish this. Please refer to this appnote -> https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spraa88a/spraa88a.pdf

On the other hand if you haven't already decided on a part, please checkout our F28004x, F2838x and F28075 devices that have GPDACs. Let us know if you have more questions.

thanks for your answer.

Using another part seems very difficult for me because on the board I hane no space for nothing bigger than a 48 pin package.

I will try to go deeply into the application note you mentioned.
