Hello,
is the F28386D only orderable with tray carrier?

If yes, does he have to order F28388D if he needs tape&reel?

Per the orderable addendum at end of datasheet

F28386D is orderable in T&R for Q100 version

For industrial need to take on Tray or order F28388D version on T&R.

most Auto customers use T&R, most industrial (not all) use tray.

to reduce part numbers we have to make some decisions.
