TMS320F28386D: building driverlib in COFF ABI format

Hello,

customer has tried to rebuild driverlib (from C2000Ware_2_01_00_00) in COFF ABI format but following error shows up (see attached).

"Error: Option --float_support=fpu64 is not valid without --abi=eabi"

I've asked the FPU experts to comment as well, but I think that the F2838x device was released after C2000 team adopted EABI format officially for our devices.

Hence, I don't think there will be COFF ABI support for this device in C2000Ware, FPU64 is F2838x only IP presently so this would be the reason there is no COFF ABI version of the lib that was generated.

I believe soln is that customer needs to migrate to EABI for F2838x device. Will let other comment if there is other news on this.
