TMS320F28388D: getting error on core 2

C28xx_CPU2: Error initializing flash programming: Interface returned from dll, but flash is not available on this device.

above  error also getting while connecting to the Target.

Which CCS version are you using?  Hope you are using the latest CCSv10.x.

Please clarify.

here i am using 10.3.0.

i have another F28388D device in that i am not having any issue(means i can erase software in both cores flash memory and i can connect in both the core also).

Assuming you are using the same board, supply and CCS setup in both the cases:  On the failing device, were you able to successfully erase, program and verify at least once?  Or did you notice the failure behavior from the first usage of the device itself?

failure behaviour is observed recently it was not present initially.

Can you check whether or not the power supply is stable during the flash operations?  Operating voltage should be maintained during the flash operations.

Can you share the TI-OTP and DCSM OTP images for the failing device?

Can I consider this as closed since flashing is working fine on another device?  

If you want us to analyze further, we need the TI-OTP and DCSM OTP images for the failing device.
