I have a board with the Concerto F28M36 on. I have been using this board for a few years. I recently got a new batch of the boards build up and now I am unable to get the device running. After some investigation I noticed that the M3 core starts up fine but the C28 goes into reset at startup, running from flash. When I load a program with CCS into RAM I am also able to successfully load and run the M3. I can also load the C28 just fine. But when I run the C28 it goes into reset and then also resets the M3. When this occurs I can also see the XRS pin is being pulled low at a rate of about 128Hz. Nothing changed with this new batch of pcb's, its exactly the same software and hardware. I have seen a similar problem in a post (https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000-microcontrollers-group/c2000/f/c2000-microcontrollers-forum/788207/ccs-f28m35h52c-concerto-c28x-core-gets-disconnected-when-m3-is-reseted) due to a bug in the CCS version. This is not the case for me, however. I have the version where this bug was fixed. What can possibly cause the C28 core to reset after power up?
