What is the maximum analog signal frequency, that can be measured/converted using the internal 16-bit ADC?

    Alen,

    The maximum frequency is up to the system requirements. Each 16b-capable ADC can convert at 1.1-MSPS:

    From a theoretical Nyquist standpoint, the system can sample a (1.1-MSPS / 2) = 550-kHz input signal with proper signal buffering.
