The following device has Ethernet and ECC Flash and ECC or Parity RAM

Hi Cody
Thanks for your information. I still have a questions as below
1. Regarding to ECC, I am sorry, my mistake. I am looking for data security e.g AES.....Does TI has any security encryption IC similar to Microchip ATECC608B.
2. It is possible to use TMS320F280049C which don't have Ethernet and then add external Ethernet PHY IC. The communction between PHY and MCU via SPI. The reason is that your suggestion is too expensive to me. Ha!Ha!

HK,
I will ask for someone to answer your first question, I do not have a good answer.
For your second question: There are SPI to ethernet bridges, which could work well, however I don't know if you would be saving much money after you purchase an SPI to Ethernet bridge device and a separate microcontroller.
Can I ask what your application is? Why do you need Ethernet on a low-cost device?
