Hello,

I am running INSTASPIN using TMS320F28069(Instaspin Enabled Microcontroller) on TMDSHVMTRINSPIN.

After motor parameter estimation the motor runs smoothly up to 1250 rpm. after which the motor starts vibrating and the current waveform is distorted, (Image attached).

I'm using a 0.25Hp Induction motor with 4 poles rated for 230 VAC/60Hz.

Please suggest a method to rectify this problem

    Follow the lab user's guide to identify the motor parameters again. Please be noted that the rotor must be locked for identify the Rr and Ls as described in the lab user's guide.

    Since the motor rate frequency is 60Hz, so the 1250rpm is over the rated frequency. If you want to run the motor to a higher speed, you have to increase the dc bus voltage.
