TI Friends and Family,
In working with the LAUNCHXL-F280025C previously just fine with CCS Cloud, today noticed the board (Tried 2) does not connect properly during a RUN (even after a successful Build).
Again, using Cloud tools from dev,ti.com, loaded the Out of Box project (launch-ex1-f280025-demo) in Resource Explorer, Imported to CCS Cloud, Build Project and tried to Run.
Prior to this (last week) it worked fine. Has something updated with CCS CLoud or the v4 C2000Ware impacted this now?
ERRORS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
On pop up in CCS Cloud:
Error connecting to the target: (Error -716 @ 0x0) Required dynamic library jscserdes could not be located. The library isn't on the search path. (Emulation package 9.5.0.00141)
In CCS Cloud Console:

I see other posts discussing deleting User/AppData folder, but this does not exist in CCS Cloud as far as I can tell.
Other posts discuss resetting Launchpad and such but 2 boards were tried with same behavior.
Customer is also experiencing same behavior with same board and CCS CLOUD.
Can you comment please?
