TMS320F280025: measure current rise and fall time

Hi Team, 

My customer wants to measure the current rise and fall time on a inductive load. The sample frequency should be in the range of 10khz - ~800Hz  (100us- 1.2ms).

Is it possible to connect the eCAP Module with the comparators (CMPSS) for this measurement or is their better solution to realize this function with C2000.
