BLDC motor running problem with DMC1500 and EZdsp2812

Now I am connecting everyting, BLDC motor , DMC 1500 and EzDSP2812. Using the software from the TI BLDC program from the TI website, but  Motor is not  still running, now no load, I just see that 4~5second period 5~10 V signal U,V,W signal, even only EzDSP2812 with no DMC connectionm is that related to hall sensor signals or other software I have to touch? How can I verfiy the program working properly?

Also if the load is applied , the braking resistor bank circuit is supposed to be built in to prevent high DC link faults.
