TMS320F28379D: Comparator Subsystem

Hello there
I'm just learning the C2000.

I want to compare a voltage value with a threshold voltage and pull the pwm output to low.
I used the cmpss_asynch_cpu01 code in the c2000 ware device support folder, but I can't see any signal from the pwm outputs on the launchpad. I set the connections as follows;

comp + signal connected = ADCINA2 pin (i connected a potentiometer 0-3.3V)
NEG signal from internal DACH

I don't see any signal when I measure the PWM8B/ GPIO15 output. Where am I missing?

Hi,

What is the value of positive comp input? When a low input(VSS) is provided to CMPIN1P, PWM8B(GPIO15) gives a PWM signal and when a high input(higher than VDD/2) is provided to CMPIN1P, PWM8B(GPIO15) gets tripped and outputs as high.

Device support example is not include PWM SET functions . Okey I found it thanks .
