SPRUGE9D document is meant for 2802x and 2803x piccolo family and all of them run at <= 60 MHz. But SPRUGE9D talks only about 100 Mhz clock!
I guess the base document from which it was derived is meant for 100 MHz processors. This is somewhat misleading. Please amend. For example,
Table 15. Dead-Band Delay Values in mS as a Function of DBFED and DBRED
Table 17. Possible Pulse Width Values for SYSCLKOUT
= 100 MHz
