TMS320F280049: Codestartbranch call to RAM preInit function doesn't allow to write code on RAMGS2 and RAMGS3

Dear expert,

I am using codestartbranch v1.04, and when I download the code (I have C28x STL test on RAMGS2_3) I see these RAMGS at 0x00. I've seen if i remove call to _MCU_RamPreinit at codestartbranch, I am now able to write this sections. Is there any reason for that?

Also, newer versions of codestartbranch do not have this call MCU_RamPreinit, so I wonder why was it removed and if I should upgrade it to the last c2000ware available version.
