Hi Ti team,
Have a good day.
Here are some questions about the Q5 and Q6 duration when turning on at the same time.
1. Is it causing a short circuit?
2. how to calculate this mode vo/vin gain?
Thanks for your help

Hi Sway,
1. No. Current will go down for both Q5 and Q6.
2. Some literature for your reference as below.

Also the bottom pic in your thread is for PCMC PSFB not current fed push pull.
Hi Jiang,
One more question. In that paper, I found the gain almost at the transformer, is it correct?
The two transformers P6524_A and AF5551R are 12:1 ratio. However, the problem is the voltage ratio is too low to achieve 12V transforming to 400V in the reference" TIDM-02000" or "TIDM BIDIR-400-12".
ex: 12*1.05=12.6V, 12.6V *12 = 151.6V
What do you think? Please let me know, thanks.
Hi Sway,
You can combine equation (6) and (7) in the paper to get the relationship between Vin, N and Vo(referring to figure 1).

Chen
