    Wittenstein High Integrity Systems has OPENRTOS and SAFERTOS here that list C28x under their supported devices. TI has a beta version of FreeRTOS as well. If you have a TI sales contact or FAE who can e-mail the C2000 team, they can request access to it for you and if approved they can send you a link.
