TMS320F28069: Clarify Input/Output current of Electrical Characteristics of the datasheet

Dear Hareesh,

For (1), we are still confused. I remember there is an internal pullup resistor, but there is no internal pulldown resistor. If so, why is there a spec with internal pulldown enabled.

Would you please illustrate (even by simple drawing) for I(il) and I(ih)?

-TRST and -VERGENZ pins have an internal PD resistor.

Not sure exactly what you are wanting to know about I(IH) and I(IL). We have the IBIS models at https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F28069#design-tools-simulation. If that doesn't help, we can take the discussion offline.

Let me confirm again.

1) Because this is for input current, negative current means that the current flows from F28069 to outside. Is it right?

2) From the table 7.6 Electrical Characteristics of the datasheet above, I(il) -205 uA means that the max current 205uA flows from F28069 to GND when the GPIO pin enables its internal pullup and connects to GND outside directly (without any pulldown resistor between F28069 and GND).

Is it right?
