TMS320F28384S: Factory test (burn-in)

According to the Q grade page, this device does not have burn in.  So I would say none of the 38x series of devices have 100% burn-in test before shipment.  I do not beleive this is a requirement of either industrial or automotive(Q grade) devices.  Let me know if I need to investigate this further.
