Hi Expert,
The customer wants to replace F28022 48PIN with F28027 48PIN, what should we pay attention to in the software?
The customer used 12M passive external crystal oscillator to F28022 48PIN.

Hi,
You can refer to the datasheet to understand the differences between these two parts.

From a software perspective , I don't think there is any specifc change required .

Hi Siddharth,
But I notice that the cmd file as below:
So I doubt that is there anything else that needs attention?
Hi,
There is a difference between the sys clock freq between 28027 and 28022. The max freq is 60 MHz for F28027 vs 50 MHz for F28022.
What is the freq currently configured for F28022 ?
Since the customer is migrating from F28022 to F28027, I think it should be fine.
If the freq is configured to 60 MHz, then you need to enable the macro "DSP28_28027PT" to "1" so that it works correctly.

Siddharth
The freq currently configured for F28022 is 48 MHz, the operating frequency of this part is lower than 60MHz, there is no problem?
And the screenshot is configured for RAM,
If the freq is configured to be 48Mhz , I don't think any change is required in software.
Best Regards
Siddharth
